RETURNS POLICY

Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
We only accept unused product; refund will be initiated after the product is returned and inspected to make sure it isn’t used or damaged after delivery
We only accept returns with the original packing materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners.
Return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise.
We reserve the right to not honor return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malefice and the decision of team/management in this regard will be final.
This return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from our website or store
We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving your product at our facility.
The amount (less shipping & handling charges) will be refunded in the form of equivalent value store gift coupons that can be used on our website or store.
Please note that cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Invoice will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of placing the order. That ID number and address or return will be mentioned on it

Cancelation

Cancelation of bespoke products is not possible post 12 working hours of the order or activation of product design post order (Whichever is first)
If you wish to cancel an order (ready made on the website), please let us know within 2 days of placing the order or before delivery handover from our end - whichever is earlier!
We do not do cash back, under any circumstance, you are free however to select some other product from the same or lower price point from our website or store
